• Remote high-ticket Account Executive closing inbound fitness/wellness leads • Nurture inbound schedules and confirm demos • Communicate with prospects via text and call • Monitor pipeline from inbound cadences to post-demo followup • Record all interactions in CRM and coordinate with other departments • Attend daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews • Progression opportunities to Team Lead, Management, Leadership
• Full-time, 40+ hour availability with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) • Excellent communication skills (a “people person”) • Sufficient base knowledge in fitness and nutrition (certification not needed) • Sales “Chops” - objection handling, discovery, solution presentation • Able to work late evenings (3pm-12am EST) • Experience in a high-ticket closing role or fitness sales (preferred) • Willing and able to work weekend days (both Sat/Sun highly preferred) • Highly knowledgeable in fitness and wellness
• Uncapped commissions (5-12% of Gross Contract Value)
