• Spearhead the evolution of retailer advertising from traditional print media to a digital platform • Manage the development and execution of campaigns • Maximize incremental Return on Advertising Spend (iROAS) • Enhance consumer engagement through digital strategies • Act as the primary contact for clients and troubleshoot issues • Craft media strategies, including audience targeting and optimization • Collaborate with the sales team to secure client renewals • Lead multi-channel digital campaigns • Oversee campaign performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing • Extensive expertise in developing media plans • Managing multifaceted digital advertising campaigns • Advising and executing detailed optimization recommendations • Ability to engage clients quickly, develop rapport, and maintain relationships • Proficient in the latest digital advertising platforms and analytics tools • Communication and persuasive skills for client interfacing • Leadership and collaboration skills • Experience with retailers or retail media • Previous work in digital transitions for retail • Self-starter, autonomous worker and team player • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
