📋 Description

• You will be a core member of the Brazil Finance team, responsible for turning financial data into strategic decisions. • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecast reviews in partnership with business areas (Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success). • Build and maintain robust financial models to project revenue, margin, headcount and CAPEX. • Monitor key business drivers: GTV (Gross Transaction Value), take rate, churn, NRR, CAC and LTV, adapting models to the Brazilian market context. • Prepare the monthly management package for local leadership and consolidated reports for HQ in France. • Develop financial and operational dashboards, ensuring visibility into actual vs. budget performance. • Act as the finance partner to business teams, translating strategy into numbers and supporting pricing, investment and resource allocation decisions. • Support ROI analyses for new initiatives, geographic expansions or product launches. • Monitor unit economics indicators by customer segment and channel. • Contribute to continuous improvement of closing, reconciliation and financial governance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields. • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic consulting. • Previous experience in technology companies, fintechs, benefits, SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses is highly valued. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (complex financial modeling). • Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Power BI or similar). • Familiarity with ERPs (SAP, NetSuite, Totvs or similar). • Knowledge of Brazilian GAAP and basic consolidation in foreign currency (BRL/EUR). • Knowledge of Brazilian financial regulation applicable to fintechs/payment methods is a plus.
