📋 Description

• Analyze and prepare production and project data and derive recommended actions • Work closely with production management and project leads as a controlling sparring partner • Monitor budgets, costs and project progress, including variance analyses • Support product cost calculations as well as budget and forecast processes • Identify optimization potential in production and project processes and actively contribute to implementation • Contribute to the further development of our reporting and in the SAP S/4HANA environment • Coordinate with internal interfaces such as Production, Project Management and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling • Experience in controlling within a manufacturing company — e.g., production, plant or operations controlling • Experience with SAP and Excel; knowledge of Power BI or S/4HANA is a plus but not required, as well as experience in material and order costing • Very good Excel skills; experience with Power BI is an advantage • Analytical thinking and enjoyment in understanding and questioning relationships • Independent, structured way of working and the motivation to drive initiatives forward • Strong communication skills and the ability to present numerical information clearly • Fluent German and English
