• Develop analytics frameworks, tools & insights, in partnership with Marketing, GTM, Sales & Platform Analytics team, to support & measure impact of H&W Sales & Marketing Journeys • Proactively identify & perform ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to improve Sales & Marketing program performance • Utilize Salesforce and Tableau Suite Analytics capabilities to help drive insights and business actions around key salesforce effectiveness issues • Analyze, develop, and share best practices across other B2B platforms to optimize sales prioritization, coverage, and effectiveness • Determine what factor combinations of client interactions, engagements, and sales performance drive the most successful outcome • Analyze and develop ways to operationalize the measurement of engagement impact • Be fully hands-on and lead projects, perform data analysis • Deliver projects, adhering to expected timelines, accuracy & compliance with meticulous project management and mentor team members on analytical, technical and functional subject matters • Support other B2B data infrastructure and reporting projects, as applicable
• 6+ analytics experience with a focus of sales and/or marketing functional support • 5+ years of hands-on Experience in SQL /SAS with proven ability to leverage advanced algorithms and be efficient in handling complex/large data • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools esp. Tableau • 3+ years of project management experience with a proven ability to define and continuously refine best-in-class delivery approaches for teams • experience managing stakeholder requests supporting business needs / analytics • Strong written/oral communication & stakeholder management skills
