📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of FinTech and Bank partners onto the Synctera platform, serving as the primary point of contact from contract signature through launch • Build trust with clients through transparent communication, proactive risk management, and creative problem-solving • Manage multiple concurrent implementations, providing technical guidance and training to ensure a seamless transition • Configure and integrate Synctera products to meet partner requirements, including payment rails, card programs, and API connections • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback, resolve issues, and influence product enhancements • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, training resources, and internal playbooks to improve scalability and consistency • Become a subject matter expert on the Synctera platform–empowering clients to maximize its full potential

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical or integration projects, ideally within FinTech, payments, banking, or SaaS environments • Prior experience working with API-based integrations and external client implementations • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives, balancing multiple priorities, and driving outcomes in fast-paced, startup settings • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Comfort working through ambiguity and making informed decisions with limited guidance • A collaborative and resilient approach that fosters trust, accountability, and results
