📋 Description

• Provide operational support across the full site lifecycle: Start-Up, Conduct, and Close-Out • Act as a key contact between clinical teams, investigator sites, CROs, and external partners • Support Regulatory Authority and Ethics Committee/IRB/LEC submissions and associated documentation • Prepare and maintain Investigator Initiation Packages and essential study documents • Perform document management activities in PTMF, eISF, CTMS, and document exchange systems • Support site contracting and budget processes, including tracking negotiations and execution status • Maintain study trackers, timelines, and task status to ensure visibility of risks and progress • Review study and site files for completeness and support TMF/eISF reconciliation activities • Contribute to quality, inspection readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives in accordance with ICH/GCP and local regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in site activation, clinical trial support, or clinical operations • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline is an asset
