📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for allocated patient concierge projects for CRO and sponsor clients, trial sites, vendors, and internal business units. • Oversee day-to-day delivery and closeout of patient concierge projects in accordance with clinical SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements. • Provide project-specific training to PCS coordinators and oversee their work. • Attend project handover and client kickoff meetings and understand study indications, patient demographics, budgets, deliverables, and timelines. • Work with PCS Concierge Coordinators to set up trial environments in the PatientGO® portal. • Lead creation and translation of site, ethics, and patient-facing materials. • Advise clients on travel and expense reimbursement policy setup and management. • Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoices, reconciliations, scope changes, and change orders. • Manage external vendors against service-level and contractual agreements. • Conduct monthly project reviews, report progress, and escalate risks and issues to senior management. • Develop collaboration opportunities with Research Nursing and Medical Imaging divisions. • Set up and distribute expense reimbursement materials and patient welcome packs. • Maintain project communications with internal units, clients, clinical trial sites, and vendors. • Review and approve project timesheets against visit trackers and budget allowances. • Participate in face-to-face client and vendor meetings requiring domestic and international travel. • Support development and growth of the Patient Concierge Services team. • Maintain project oversight trackers and business continuity measures.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience, skills, and/or education equivalent to the qualifications described may be considered. • Knowledge of clinical SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements. • Ability to manage clinical trial patient concierge projects from handover through completion. • Ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, invoices, reconciliations, and change orders. • Ability to manage external vendors against service-level and contractual agreements. • Ability to prepare project reports and escalate risks and issues. • Ability to use the PatientGO® portal and project oversight trackers. • Ability to coordinate with clients, CROs, sponsors, clinical trial sites, vendors, Finance, IT, and internal business units. • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for face-to-face meetings.
