• Own the development of add-ins and integrations within our core automation platform. • Work closely with the VP of Software Partnerships to define the marketplace vision. • Join weekly all-hands and development meetings. • Engage in partner calls to assist in planning integrations. • Participate in backlog refinement and sprint reviews for work alignment. • Deliver customer-facing value continuously through integration projects. • Grow ownership of complex integrations and mentor peers over time.
• You resonate with Synera's Core Values. • Deep understanding of developing add-ins, plugins, or integrations for complex software systems. • Managed several integration projects with external customers and managed stakeholders as a Software Engineer in a SCRUM team. • AI-native mindset and curiosity to constantly learn and develop your skills. • Hands-on experience with PLM systems, CRM platforms, CAD, or FEA tools. • Strong proficiency in C# and C++. • Strong algorithmic and logical thinking skills. • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. • Strong communicator in English with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
