📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and implement solutions in Service Cloud. • Work with automation flows, process automation, and development in Apex and Lightning Components (Aura and/or LWC), among other technologies. • Integrate external systems with the Salesforce platform using APIs (REST/SOAP). • Configure and manage objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards. • Understand requirements, translate them into development tasks, and ensure the best possible user experience. • Perform maintenance and continuous improvement of Salesforce platforms. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support. • Stay up to date with new features and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Salesforce developer, with a focus on Apex development, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura and/or LWC). • Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with Service Cloud. • Experience with integration APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools. • Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Experience with version control systems (GIT, GitHub, Azure DevOps). • Experience using AI tools for Salesforce development (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
