📋 Description

• Analyze and create technical and functional solution architecture designs • Assess solutions based on security, performance, technological continuity, product continuity, team expertise, delivery timelines, and quality • Ensure secure and resilient implementations • Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate IT solutions • Identify opportunities to create reusable components and APIs and ensure their reuse by development teams • Create, manage, and evolve high-level architectures • Produce strategic and standardized documentation, such as building blocks, reference architectures, and standards • Define standards, principles, and best practices for system development and implementation • Identify, endorse, and govern reusable enterprise components and their design standards • Develop and maintain the company’s strategic IT architecture vision • Document application standards in accordance with the enterprise architecture • Support technical teams, business teams, and senior management with strategic solutions and decisions • Track solution architecture management and reuse KPIs • Conduct POCs with new technologies and use cases • Evaluate and select new technologies and platforms for enterprise adoption • Conduct technical and financial feasibility analyses for IT projects • Serve as the focal point for technical questions and critical decision-making issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with application architecture, solution architecture, and solution design • Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate priorities • Experience with containerized (Docker) and orchestrated (Kubernetes) microservices solutions • Experience as a specialist in one or more IT areas, with a generalist profile (T-shaped expertise) • Broad knowledge of backend technologies (Java or Python) and frontend technologies (Angular) for architectural decision-making • Knowledge of messaging and event-driven tools: RabbitMQ and Kafka • Knowledge of DDD, BDD, microservices, microfrontends, design patterns, SOLID, service mesh, and Enterprise Integration Patterns • Hands-on experience with cloud application solutions (AWS) • Experience managing innovation roadmaps • Experience designing, planning, and guiding solution strategies and architectures, including hardware, software, networks, data, and processes • Strong planning, organization, documentation, and deadline and requirements negotiation skills • Experience analyzing current and future IT needs and evaluating and selecting new technologies and tools • Experience providing technical leadership to teams • Knowledge of big data solutions is a plus: Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL, BI, Data Mesh, and MLOps
