📋 Description

• Identify, engage and onboard key sales partners, value-added resellers (VARs) and managed service providers (MSPs) across Germany • Deliver onboarding sessions and training for partner sales teams on Syteca's PAM, ITDR and UAM solutions • Act as a trusted advisor to German partners, ensuring engagement, partner tiering, sales pipeline visibility and long-term partner loyalty • Represent Syteca at regional trade shows, cybersecurity meetups and partner events • Provide detailed and accurate technical content for RFPs and RFIs • Work closely with product management, support and marketing to ensure an aligned go-to-market strategy • Travel approximately 20% of working time per month, primarily to industry conferences, strategic partners and joint on-site meetings with end customers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent practical experience • 2+ years of proven success in the B2B technology sector • Experience in cybersecurity, IAM/PAM or SaaS infrastructure is a strong advantage • Strong, active network of established IT distributors, resellers and system integrators in the German market • Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills • Deep technical understanding of IT security, especially cybersecurity • German at native or business-fluent level, both written and spoken, is required • Professional proficiency in English is required • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of working time per month
