📋 Description

• First point of contact for employees of the group companies for IT support requests via phone, e-mail (ticketing system), on-site or remotely • Analyze and resolve IT incidents related to user, endpoint and printer management • Coordinate service providers to resolve incidents and establish remote maintenance sessions • Maintain asset data and ensure complete documentation of the IT inventory • Perform tasks related to user, endpoint and printer management • Perform software updates and release changes for IT systems • Support the IT service departments of Clinic Services in IT projects

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration • Several years of experience in IT and IT support structures • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory • Experience documenting IT assets (i-doit) • Experience with ticket handling (Zammad) • Communicative and customer-oriented • Team player and role model • Willingness to actively participate in projects and contribute own ideas
