📋 Description

• Participate in the functional definition and evolution of the Global Receivables platform • Act as the key interface between Business and Technology, translating business needs into actionable requirements • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for Agile development teams • Lead meetings and workshops with Accounting and Regulatory Reporting teams • Prioritise requirements and define user stories and acceptance criteria • Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Propose technological and operational solutions for launching and evolving new products • Maintain communication with stakeholders across Operations, Business, Technology and management • Coordinate and manage external functional consultants • Create and maintain functional documentation, including product Operating Model documentation • Develop subject-matter expertise in Receivables products and operational management • Monitor delivery milestones and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met • Support monitoring of financial execution and workstream budget

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst / Business Analyst within banking or financial services • Strong experience working with Agile methodologies and delivering User Acceptance Testing • Highly analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail and the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements • Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken • Strong experience producing functional documentation, presentations and business requirements • Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Finance products, particularly Receivables • Demonstrable experience working with Factoring and/or Receivables products • Previous experience within Banking Back Office environments • Strong understanding of accounting processes, accounting integration and regulatory reporting • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Business, Operations and Technology • Experience managing or coordinating external consultants is highly desirable • Knowledge of programming languages or technical concepts would be considered a plus
