📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud • Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs • Participate in the design, optimization, and maintenance of PostgreSQL database models • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications running on OpenShift • Collaborate with frontend engineers working with React to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration • Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards • Develop and execute unit tests and support continuous integration practices • Troubleshoot production issues and proactively improve application performance, scalability, and security • Work collaboratively within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Java backend development • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL • Experience designing and developing REST APIs • Knowledge of Docker containers and OpenShift • Experience using Git for version control • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment • Experience with React development (nice to have) • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions (nice to have) • Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure (nice to have) • Experience with cloud-native application development and containerized deployments (nice to have)
