📋 Description

• Act as a Business Analyst, understanding strategic and regulatory demands and translating business needs into clear requirements • Lead the elicitation and detailing of functional requirements and business rules • Work on regulatory and strategic initiatives related to the insurance market • Perform impact analysis on processes, systems, integrations, and metrics • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support Product Owners and squads in backlog prioritization and refinement • Facilitate discovery workshops with business and technology teams • Ensure traceability between requirements, development, testing (including UAT), and production • Monitor integrated testing and user acceptance testing • Act hands-on to resolve issues and remove impediments • Support decision-making through structured analyses and a systemic perspective • Serve as a link between business, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, traceability, and value delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Product Owner with a solid delivery focus • Proven experience in digital transformation or regulatory projects • Experience in the insurance market
