• Identify and generate qualified leads from assigned regions (India/China/Russia) targeting the Dubai market. • Promote and pitch company services including PRO, Visa, company formation, and business support services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and regional business communities. • Research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities. • Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for business acquisition. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. • Represent the company at business forums, trade shows, and networking events relevant to target markets.
• Nationality: 1 Indian, 1 Chinese, 1 Russian (to cater to respective regions and language needs). • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation (preferably in corporate services, consulting, or relocation services). • Strong knowledge of Dubai business setup environment, free zones, and mainland licensing. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, plus fluency in Hindi/Urdu , Mandarin , Russian . • Ability to work independently with strong networking and client relationship management skills. • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
