📋 Description

• Send e-signature contracts through Signable and manage their progress. • Track contract status and update records in our CRM system (Reapit). • Maintain a simple Google Sheets tracker of contract progress (basic data entry). • Follow up with clients by phone and email to ensure contracts are returned. • Communicate professionally and warmly with landlords and clients. • Coordinate with the internal team to report on progress and highlight any issues. • Support administrative tasks as needed during the project period.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience • A confident, friendly phone manner with excellent communication skills • A professional yet personable approach — able to follow up effectively without being pushy • Good attention to detail and reliability in managing multiple tasks • Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, CRM systems, and e-sign platforms • A “get stuck in” attitude — someone who can hit the ground running. (Training will be provided on the CRM system Reapit.)
