📋 Description

• We are a fast-growing company driven by results and committed to building a team of serious, motivated professionals. • We specialize in delivering value to businesses through effective outreach and communication. • We're looking for a talented B2B Cold Calling Sales Representative with proven experience in outbound calling and a strong ability to drive conversations that lead to results. • You’ll spend the bulk of your day on the phones using a power dialer, engaging with prospects, booking meetings, and nurturing leads through our CRM. • This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-activity, high-accountability environment — someone who is articulate, dependable, and driven to succeed. • Make 200+ outbound cold calls per day using Aloware connected with HubSpot. • Set 3–4 qualified meetings daily with potential clients. • Conduct follow-up calls with prospects to move them further through the sales funnel. • Send emails and materials to prospects who have requested additional information (approx. 15% of daily activity). • Perform LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers and support pipeline development (approx. 15% of daily activity). • Accurately track all interactions, update contact records, leave notes, and manage pipeline stages within HubSpot CRM. • Collaborate with the broader sales team for strategy and ongoing improvement. • Deliver consistently against daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Must-Have: • 2–3 years of experience in B2B cold calling or outbound sales • Proven ability to hit call quotas and book meetings (200 dials/day, 3–4 meetings/day) • Exceptional spoken and written English — fluent, eloquent, and confident • Strong familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and power dialers • Highly reliable, self-starting, and accountable • Serious work ethic and a hunger to earn and succeed • Nice-to-Have: • Experience selling into the hospitality industry • Previous use of Aloware or similar dialer platforms • Background in startup or fast-paced sales environments
