📋 Description

• Deeply understand clients' production processes. • Identify opportunities for innovation and automation. • Research and evaluate new technologies, equipment, and suppliers. • Define solution architectures for smart manufacturing. • Lead the design of projects involving software, automation, electronics, artificial intelligence, and computer vision. • Support the preparation of technical proposals and Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) projects. • Participate in proofs of concept and technical validations. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases. • Represent FITec technically with clients, partners, and suppliers. • Contribute to the evolution of the company's industrial solutions portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields). • Experience in industrial environments. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes. • Experience with industrial automation and systems integration. • Strong communication skills. • Availability for frequent customer visits in the Jundiaí region. • Experience in electronic manufacturing (EMS). • Knowledge of MES, SCADA, OPC-UA, MQTT, or IIoT. • Experience with industrial robotics. • Computer vision expertise. • Artificial Intelligence applied to industry. • Digital Twin experience. • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement. • Participation in Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) projects. • English for technical meetings and contact with international suppliers.
