📋 Description

• Prepare and execute video sales calls with customers • Present MISUMI products and close deals • Represent the client professionally during customer-facing video calls • Manage CRM data and maintain accurate customer interaction records • Control follow-ups and outcomes to ensure timely, consistent follow-up • Use internal and external email accounts, calendars, CRM, and other systems in an integrated manner • Support L1 and administrative tasks during idle periods when required • Collaborate with international teams to meet performance goals

🎯 Requirements

• High-level fluency in French (C2) • Good command of English, both spoken and written • Strong written communication skills • Stable broadband internet with LAN connection required • Desktop or laptop with Windows 11+ or macOS 15+ • Minimum 1.8GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM, and 10GB free disk space • Wired USB headset • Proven experience in real sales and closing deals, not only lead generation, marketing, or surveying • B2B sales experience preferred; B2C sales experience acceptable • Experience conducting video sales calls and representing a company professionally to customers • Strong communication skills and professional appearance for client-facing video calls • Ability to present products, understand customer needs, and confidently close sales • Experience managing CRM systems and customer follow-ups accurately and consistently • Education in sales, business, engineering, or a related field is a plus
