📋 Description

• team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in your community • leverage your industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification • grow the territory, build strong relationships, and help people living with diabetes thrive • Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans • Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value • leverage advanced sales methodologies along with strong communication and collaboration skills to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth • deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators • represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach • keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting • collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences • ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care • Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market
