📋 Description

• Overall functional responsibility (business ownership) for the business area and its processes • Lead and coordinate the business community • Develop and prioritize requirements • Drive target achievement and platform standardization • Serve as the interface to the general contractor’s Product Owner • Own processes, functionality, data, and technical implementation within the business area • Own energy data management for electricity and gas • Manage time series management, meter data processing, and plausibility checks • Manage RLM/SLP processes and forecasting methods • Manage redispatch processes and data exchange with market partners • Design EDM architectures and interface concepts • Own balancing, MaBiS, and GaBi processes, as well as balance group management • Manage imbalance settlement, schedule management, and balancing energy processes • Manage grid operator and supplier balancing, as well as BKV-relevant processes • Define consistent standards and target operating models • Identify automation potential and optimization opportunities • Detail, manage, and prioritize requirements and develop roadmaps • Manage the community, provide functional leadership, and involve subject-matter experts • Interact proactively with customers • Represent TAP in committees, at trade fairs, and during sales meetings • Occasional travel to customers, the general contractor, team events/team-building activities, and the parent company for in-person coordination

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the energy utility sector • In-depth knowledge of the business area, including statutory and regulatory requirements and best practices • Experience with SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities • Strong methodological skills in community management and in structuring and presenting complex topics • Experience with KPI and performance management • Assertiveness without disciplinary authority • Strong interface-management skills with service providers and adjacent specialist areas • Highly proactive customer and service orientation
