📋 Description
• Lead Industrial & Employee Relations strategy across a large, complex and highly unionised national workforce • Partner with executives and influence business strategy • Lead enterprise bargaining, industrial strategy, organisational change and high-profile workplace matters • Provide trusted advice to drive commercial outcomes while managing business risk • Manage industrial disputes and represent the organisation before the Fair Work Commission • Influence critical business decisions and industrial strategy • Support the transformation of Team Global Express, an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering across Australia and New Zealand
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive senior ER/IR experience within a large, unionised organisation • Proven track record leading enterprise bargaining and complex industrial negotiations • Deep knowledge of Australian employment and industrial relations legislation • Experience managing industrial disputes and representing organisations before the Fair Work Commission • Outstanding commercial judgement, executive presence and stakeholder influence • Ability to operate across a large, complex and highly unionised national workforce • Pre-employment criminal history check • Medical assessment including fitness to work and drug & alcohol screening
