📋 Description

• The Account Coordinator is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing and allocating payments, maintaining accurate account records, and providing excellent customer service. • This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts administration, account coordination, or a similar customer service role. • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Good understanding of payment processing and account reconciliation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning new software systems. • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
