📋 Description
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective application of Scrum. • Remove impediments and facilitate workflow. • Monitor and interpret Agile metrics (lead time, throughput, cycle time). • Support the Product Owner and Tech Lead in prioritization and predictability. • Mediate conflicts and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment. • Promote continuous improvement and the advancement of Agile maturity. • Work with multiple teams when necessary, maintaining alignment across departments. • Lead initiatives that improve processes and increase team efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience as a Scrum Master • Experience with Scrum • Experience with Kanban • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira • Experience working with Agile metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput) • Additional Agile certifications (KSD, KSI, OKR Professional, Lean, SAFe, etc.) • Prior experience in organizations with high organizational complexity • Experience with hybrid frameworks (Scrum + Kanban) • English: level not specified
