📋 Description

• Communicator & Coordinator: You are the central point of contact for our clients and ensure smooth communication — always solution-oriented and in close contact with our development team and consultants. • Request Juggler: You keep track of customer requests, coordinate them confidently, and make sure everything runs smoothly. • Taskmaster: You take responsibility for change and release management, support rollouts, and professionally manage test coordination. • Workshops & Knowledge Transfer: You contribute your expertise in workshops and ensure that everyone on the team is aligned through clear, easy-to-understand documentation. • Quality Guardian: You assist with troubleshooting, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

🎯 Requirements

• You are eager to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and to continuously expand your knowledge. • AI is not an unfamiliar term to you — you have initial experience with AI tools and want to deepen that knowledge. • Initial experience in the ERP environment is a plus but not mandatory — what matters more is your motivation and willingness to learn. • You feel comfortable at the interface between IT and business and want to design smart solutions for our clients. • Communication is in your DNA: whether written or verbal — you get to the point. English? No problem for you.
