📋 Description

• Communicator & Coordinator: You are the central point of contact for our customers and ensure smooth communication – always solution-oriented and in close contact with our development team and consultants. • Request Juggler: You keep an overview of customer requests, coordinate them confidently, and ensure everything runs smoothly. • Taskmaster: You take responsibility in change and release management, support rollouts, and professionally manage testing processes. • Workshops & Knowledge Transfer: You contribute your expertise in workshops and ensure everyone on the team stays aligned with clear, easy-to-understand documentation. • Quality Guardian: You assist with root cause analysis, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

🎯 Requirements

• You are eager to familiarize yourself with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and continuously expand your knowledge. • AI is not foreign to you – you have initial experience with AI tools and want to further develop this expertise. • Initial experience in the ERP environment is a plus but not a must – your motivation and willingness to learn are more important. • You feel comfortable at the interface between IT and business and want to design smart solutions for our customers. • Communication is in your DNA: whether written or verbal – you get to the point. English? No problem for you.
