📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding both technical and business objectives. • Lead onboarding sessions to ensure seamless integration of Tenchi's platform into clients' existing environments, workflows, and security frameworks. • Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored cyber risk remediation strategies that align with their business goals and regulatory compliance needs. • Provide expert technical guidance and support, troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and ensuring quick resolution of client inquiries. • Proactively monitor client security performance, track key security metrics, and identify areas for potential risk mitigation or improvements. • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, representing client needs, coordinating efforts, and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of services. • Prepare and present regular reports to clients using tools such as PowerBI, Quicksight, offering actionable insights, security trends, and recommendations to improve their overall security posture. • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in cloud security, advising clients with proactive strategies and solutions. • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, adding value to existing client accounts. • Continuously work towards enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through exceptional communication, timely responsiveness, and the delivery of meaningful, value-added services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a consulting or customer success role within the cybersecurity industry. • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability and willingness to manage multiple client requests, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Copper) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace). • Highly organized, with an attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment. • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus. • Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English or Spanish is also desirable.
