• Responsible for North American business development in the EIT market segments • Acts as the focal point for Aircraft/Aerospace and Military/Defense sales activity • Develop and coordinate sales and marketing strategies for new product development • Analyze performance towards stated objectives on a quarterly basis • Promote and enhance the image of Tenneco SP as the pre-eminent supplier in the industry • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to ensure product development satisfies customer expectations
• University degree in Business or Engineering required • At least five (5) years sales experience in Aerospace, Defense or Rail industry • Must have a manufacturer rep and distribution sales management experience • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate and solve customer problems • PC literate to include Microsoft Office package • Must be a proactive, innovative self-starter with excellent communication skills and high energy
