• Establish contact with identified leads by phone, email and social media and drive progress in those relationships • Always be hunting, willing to make 100+ phone calls every day and make meaningful first contact with prospects • Qualify leads and share relevant marketing and/or sales materials to educate prospects on what problems we solve • Provide a strong lead and partner with the Sales Executive team to cultivate opportunities • Stay current with major public cloud and financial services news, trends and hot topics • Support the Sales Executive team in monitoring and sharing relevant thought leadership, client and marketplace news, and Cloud relevant materials • Propose ideas for the Sales team to connect with targets, including customization of Tensure Sales materials and distribution of relevant thought-leadership to key stakeholder
• 1 - 2 years of professional sales experience • Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with sales teams, and clients • Excellent written and oral communications skills and interpersonal skills • Experience in Google suite, CRMs (Hubspot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Sales Engagement platforms • Quick learner with high energy and creative problem-solving skills • Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment • Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while being a team player
