📋 Description

• Lead Service Desk operations for the Army Contract Writing System • Serve as a point of escalation for Tier II functional members • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand education requirements • Optimize implementation of ServiceNow for service desk operations • Present performance reports and actionable insights to management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience • 5+ years of experience with enterprise contract writing system implementations preferred • Knowledge of Appian platform application development • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Security Plus certification required • Advanced ITIL certifications required (or received within 6 months of hire) • Active DoD Secret Clearance
