📋 Description

• Review and validate team timesheets and reported working hours for accuracy and compliance • Monitor employee expense submissions and verify supporting documentation and company-policy adherence • Review contractor invoices before approval and payment, resolving discrepancies • Maintain accurate records for financial operations, reimbursements, and payments • Collaborate with the finance team to support timely and accurate payment processing • Identify and implement process improvements for financial reporting and expense control • Support ad-hoc financial tasks, audits, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience in financial operations, accounts payable, or similar roles preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software/tools • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Availability to work within the EU timezone • Excellent English communication skills
