• Lead Align: run discovery with operating partners to identify the use case worth building. • Turn ambiguous AI ambitions into eval-ready scope. • Hold scope with senior stakeholders. • Work as a peer with senior engineers. • Run the engagement cadence: weekly client reviews, internal eval reviews, milestone demos. • Drive post-launch growth: learn from production data reveals. • Codify what works: the discovery script becomes the team's default. • Mentor PMs as the team grows.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of product management experience, • Strong product generalist fundamentals before AI specialism. • Comfort going deep technically. • Strength in client work. • Strong written communication.
