📋 Description

• Close Warm Inbound Leads • Handle 10+ warm inbound leads daily • Respond within 5 minutes (speed-to-lead = your income) • Use a consultative, value-driven approach to educate customers, share pricing, and book appointments • Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel- tasks, notes, follow-ups, and deal management • Close deals consistently using rapport, discovery, and emotional connection • Execute structured, multi-touch follow-ups to convert undecided leads • Maintain clean, organized CRM hygiene • Stay highly active: calls, texts, emails- whatever gets the close • Keep your pipeline moving daily with urgency and discipline

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of phone-based closing experience (high-ticket preferred) • Home office set up • Strong sales fundamentals: discovery, objection handling, tonality, and emotional intelligence • Fast, disciplined, highly organized- you follow systems and respond quickly • Team-first mindset- collaborative, coachable, and competitive in a healthy way • High personal accountability- you can operate without micromanagement • Bonus Points: • - Automotive or detailing industry experience • - Experience in a remote sales environment • - Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
