• Work as part of a small Digital Media Team to support delivery of PPC • Certify all PO’s and budgets following due process • Set and manage expectations for deliverables & deadlines • Plan/Measure Digital Channels effectiveness • Segment prospect and customers based on demographics and behaviours • Create and implement new projects to help improve Conversion rates • Lead PPC, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter advertising • Prepare for and lead monthly performance reviews including KPI tracking • Develop and implement effective strategies in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
• Proven history of achieving results in Paid Media • Hands-on specialist of Paid Search, LinkedIn, YouTube and GDN advertising • Experienced with Twitter ads • 1-2 years’ experience in Paid Media hands-on management roles • Commercial awareness • Analytical mind + Eye for detail • Ability to see through the Customers’ eyes and articulate via real insight and data • Must be adaptable, numbers-driven, and able to work independently under pressure
