📋 Description
• Lead discovery, design, and delivery of software implementations • Conduct detailed requirements workshops with client stakeholders • Manage project delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Configure and validate software solutions against client workflows • Deliver end-user training and go-live support • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations • Contribute to continuous improvement of PS delivery standards • Mentor junior consultants
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in consulting, implementation, or professional services role • Familiarity with cloud migration and SaaS onboarding processes • Background in the accounting industry • Strong understanding of accounting practice workflows • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Excellent stakeholder communication skills • Experience with data migration projects • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
