📋 Description

• You lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through roll-out. • You optimize the IT landscape with a focus on SAP and Microsoft Fabric. • You proactively manage risks and stakeholders, applying common project management methodologies. • You verify quality assurance, achievement of objectives, and a smooth handover to users. • You assist the business lead in preparing and delivering training for newly implemented tools.

🎯 Requirements

• You are resident and registered in Germany (primary place of residence). • At least 4 years of professional experience in IT project management. • You hold at least one project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA C, PRINCE2 Practitioner). • You have experience in risk management for IT projects. • You have experience with digitalization projects. • You have experience leading project teams. • You speak German at a business-fluent level (C1) and English at a good level (B2). • You enjoy working on SAP and Microsoft digitalization projects and are motivated to learn more in this area. • You are willing to travel to the headquarter on the Baltic Sea for 3 days per month (travel time counts as working time). • Ideally, you have a completed degree with a technical component.
