📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client talent strategy and business goals • Design and configure Eightfold Talent Management solutions aligned to best practices • Provide expertise across recruiting, internal mobility, skills architecture, career pathing, and workforce planning • Translate business requirements into functional design documentation • Support data mapping, integrations, testing, and deployment • Guide clients through change management and adoption strategies • Deliver end-user and administrator training • Advise clients on skills-based talent strategies and AI-driven workforce planning • Identify opportunities to optimize talent processes through automation and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform • Strong understanding of talent management processes (recruiting, mobility, performance, skills) • Experience in a consulting environment preferred • Ability to lead client workshops and present confidently to stakeholders • Experience with HRIS integrations (Workday experience strongly preferred) • Excellent communication and documentation skills
