• Creation of Customer-Ready Material • Identification of opportunities and the creation of customer-ready sales materials leveraging consumer data • Serve as the team’s storytelling consultant • Supporting Cross-Functional Sales Functions • Delivering best in class food shows and key customer meetings preparation and content • Support our retail brokerage partners thru tracking of results and support of monthly routines • Accurate and timely analysis with ability to improve and streamline processes • Extract meaningful insights and identify patterns, trends, and consumer behaviors within large datasets • Create detailed consumer profiles and segments based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral characteristics • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts that may impact consumer behavior
• Bachelor's or master's Degree • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in category management, analytics, or consumer behavior role (or a related field) • Storytelling expert • Strong PowerPoint creation skills-leverage infographics and graphic design • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Strategic thinking and the ability to connect consumer insights to business goals • Familiarity with market research tools and platforms, such IRI Panel Kantar, Numerator, Mintel, etc. • MS SharePoint development experience and/or Graphic Design experience is a plus
