âą Independently manage a portfolio of stores across a designated territory (between 40 and 80 outlets). âą Grow market share for your product portfolio. âą Ensure continuous availability of our products and secure listings for new items. âą Optimize in-store shelf placement to maximize product visibility. âą Negotiate and implement promotional activities. âą Analyze and monitor territory performance.
âą Higher education qualification equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5 (degree level depending on profile). âą Proven initial experience in a sales role, ideally within retail or distribution. âą Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. âą Strong ability to analyze performance metrics. âą Strong team spirit and well-developed commercial acumen. âą Excellent interpersonal skills and a competitive drive. âą Autonomy and results orientation. âą Valid driver's license required.
