• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial fitness and gym equipment space. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective B2B clients. • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, cold outreach, proposal, negotiation, to closing deals. • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to refine sales strategies. • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking using CRM software. • Work with the operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and expand client base.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Science, or a related field. • Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, sports, or equipment sectors. • Strong understanding of gym and fitness equipment, and commercial purchasing cycles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
