Description

• Running appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and other products. • Commission-based sales position with average commission around $550 per sale. • Agents sell 2 to 10 sales per week depending on part-time/full-time status. • 5% raise in commission level is attainable every two months based on production. • Promotions are based on personal performance rather than corporate politics. • Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents. • Meet virtually with families and protect them through various life and health products. • Hire based on character, not background or experience. • Protect families through the best available product line in the financial marketplace.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain life/health insurance license in respective state (license not required for hire). • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong communication skills. • Organized. • Self-motivated. • Proactive in problem-solving.
