📋 Description

• Support the clinical management and order setup of specialty pharmacy patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. • Communicate with patients, caregivers, and medical staff to coordinate home and office deliveries. • Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up as directed by a pharmacist. • Assist with onboarding new specialty patients and maintain accurate patient records. • Complete patient assessments and medication delivery setup under pharmacist supervision. • Provide copay information, process payments, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. • Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality. • Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • At least 1 year related customer service experience within a healthcare environment • Pharmacy Technician certification preferred • Prior specialty healthcare experience desired • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
