• Overall management of the Wellington Central and East, Wairarapa to Hawkes Bay territory • Achievement of annual business targets and drive sales in the territory • Implementation of instore display objectives in line with retailer head office requirements and Clorox initiatives • Execute Annual Plan and KPIs for each category • Develop outstanding strategic relationships with customers at store level • Achieve product distribution targets in line with national objectives • Timely and accurate completion of administrative requests and requirements • Strict adherence to the Clorox Code of Conduct in all aspects of the role
• Minimum: 2 years experience in being a Territory Manager • Desirable: 4 years or more Territory Manager experience in the Grocery Channel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Works well with people • High degree of self-discipline and motivation • Strong planning and organisational skills • Self-Confident • Customer Service Orientation • Results-driven • Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
