📋 Description
• Serve as primary point of contact and strategic partner for clients • Oversee all aspects of marketing services • Blend project management, client communication, and performance strategy • Collaborate with internal teams for project execution • Provide ongoing insights and recommendations • Ensure client satisfaction and retention • Respond to client emails and messages • Check on active marketing campaigns in production • Communicate with internal teams to solve problems • Track time and activity in the project management system • Attend internal team and client-facing meetings • Strategize to optimize marketing performance • Monitor project delivery status • Meet with clients to discuss performance metrics • Present insights on ad account activity • Adjust marketing timelines and deliverables • Develop and launch marketing campaigns • Present SEO strategies • Conduct account health checks • Identify opportunities for service upsell
