• Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and engaging with cold accounts and warm leads within Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Vendor Solutions, and other government programs • Develop and deliver highly personalized, impactful outreach via email, conferences, and other communication channels to secure meetings with target personas • Articulate The Helper Bees’ value proposition and product offerings clearly to prospects, demonstrating an understanding of their pain points • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies for success • Accurately log all activities, interactions, and engagements in the CRM system to ensure transparency and pipeline health • Leverage innovative and strategic approaches to establish trust, engage prospects, and set meetings • Take full accountability for creating targeted prospect lists, developing messaging strategies, and uncovering opportunities through detailed research • Be prepared for significant travel, including attendance at training, conferences, and customer on-site visits
• Relentless ambition, critical thinking ability, and, most importantly, coachability • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft tailored messaging • Strong research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and uncover pain points • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools • Ability to travel as required (10-12 trips annually) • Must be 18 years of age or older
