• Design and develop useful, high-performing, and sustainable digital products that address our clients' and their users' needs. • Ensure consistent delivery pace and quality for your project. • Motivate your team, select appropriate techniques, and support Software Engineers in their growth. • Design scalable and resilient architectures. • Write precise specifications to enable development of bug-free features. • Implement a quality strategy based on Clean Code, automated testing, and code reviews. • Act as the client’s technical partner and ensure their ongoing satisfaction. • Create the conditions for team performance and analyze root causes of defects.
• 4 to 8 years of development experience • Strong command of web architectures (frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, deployment) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes). • Ability to design scalable architectures, make sound technical choices, and ensure a high level of code quality. • Experience coaching and mentoring developers while staying hands-on with technology (research, coding, pair programming). • Value-driven mindset and a solid understanding of clients’ business challenges.
