📋 Description

• You are responsible for prospecting new clients, developing them, and ensuring alignment between the commercial promise and the value delivered. You also ensure the conditions that enable teams to succeed on their projects. • Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities, with priority in the FinTech sector • Build and maintain a strong, forecasted pipeline • Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers (C-level, digital leaders, CTOs, business stakeholders) • Generate new leads through networking, pitches, participating in events, Theodo partners or our external partners (Google, AWS, PwC, Wavestone, etc.) • Negotiate and close projects under conditions that ensure success for Theodo (engagement model, daily rates, start dates...) • Engage internal stakeholders to accelerate deal closures • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients and represent all group entities to them • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, digital leaders, CTOs, business stakeholders) • Create, initiate, plan and deliver valuable content for clients through pitches • Identify new needs within your clients and propose tailored solutions • Ensure full client satisfaction and implement action plans when this is not the case • Ensure continuity of the client relationship with the project team (kick-off meetings, steering committees, ceremonies, governance) and track progress • Ensure teams have the right conditions to succeed on projects • Work in tandem with a Solution Architect who supports you on deals • Draft clear, inspiring and impactful proposals • Demonstrate the ROI of our offerings and show value through our use cases and expertise • Lead responses to strategic RFPs (coordination, structure, pricing) • Ensure proper contract management, quotes and administrative documents related to sales • Ensure invoice payments are made within the deadlines specified in our general terms and conditions of sale

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree from a top engineering school or equivalent • 3 to 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years selling in a consulting firm • Strong interest in understanding the strategic and technological challenges of our financial-sector clients • Proficient in account management techniques and methodologies • Desire to actively participate in the design of clever solutions with Architects and Product Managers • Excellent interpersonal skills • Demonstrated leadership to engage colleagues in complex B2B sales cycles • Rigorous in prioritization and performance management • Proactive and eager to progress quickly
