📋 Description

• Design and develop useful, high-performing, and sustainable digital products to address our clients' and their users' challenges • Ensure the delivery pace and quality of your project • Rally and lead your team, making technical decisions appropriate to the context • Support and mentor Software Engineers in their professional development • Participate in project routines and ensure ongoing client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of development experience • Strong command of web architectures (frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, deployment) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes) • Ability to design scalable architectures, make relevant technical choices, and guarantee a high level of code quality • Experience coaching and supporting developers while staying hands-on with technology (keeping up-to-date, coding, pair programming) • Value-creation mindset and understanding of the client's business challenges
