📋 Description

• Design and develop useful, high-performing, and sustainable digital products to address our clients' and their users' problems. • Be responsible for the delivery pace and quality of your project. • Mobilize and lead your team, make technical decisions suited to the context, and support Software Engineers in their growth. • Aim for a significantly higher level of quality by structuring delivery around clear standards. • Design scalable and resilient architectures (clear, shared architecture diagrams). • Write precise specifications to enable bug-free feature development. • Implement a quality strategy based on Clean Code, automated tests, and code reviews. • Act as the client's technical partner and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of development experience • Strong mastery of web architectures (frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, deployment) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes). • Ability to design scalable architectures, make appropriate technical choices, and ensure a high level of code quality. • Experience coaching and mentoring developers while staying connected to the tech (tech watch, coding, pair programming). • Value-creation mindset and a solid understanding of the client's business challenges.
