📋 Description

• Support Theodo's growth (+15% per year) by attracting, selecting and convincing top talent • Build and manage your talent pool • Recruit 24 new hires per year • Continuously improve our recruitment tools, methods and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a top business school or engineering school • 1 year of experience in sales or in talent acquisition • You thrive working in teams and value collaboration beyond individual performance • Experience working in a tech company is a plus
